Medical Details

We work in partnership with parents to ensure the health and well-being of the students in our care.

The School Office holds confidential medical files on each child to ensure that their needs are catered for appropriately. It is a parental responsibility to ensure that we are aware of each child's current health and medical needs. Medication is held in the sickbay, and we require written consent when administering any medication.

The completed form can be printed and handed in at the school office, or you can download the word document below and email it as an attachment to: office@titirangi.school.nz.
