Class conferences
How to use Google Meets
To support students and whānau during our School closure we are planning to run Google Meet Video Conferences to enable each class and its teacher to regularly touch base.
It is entirely up to parents and caregivers as to whether students engage in these online meets, however, we feel meets will provide a good opportunity for everyone to keep connected and to be able to chat about their home learning. Class teachers will be emailing online invitations to meetings.
Guidelines for Online Conferencing

One person talks at a time, as selected by the teacher

Only appropriate behaviour is acceptable in the Meet

Google Meet is to be used only with the teacher

Our school reserves the right to remove/exclude students from Google Meetings if guidelines are abused
