At this time of year, there are always the usual changes, tweaks, and movements with our teaching staff.
So I have two more announcements to make.
I have some sad and exciting news Lisa Sparey will be leaving Titirangi Primary at the end of the school year. She has a new position and exciting opportunity at another school.
Lisa has worked full time at TPS for eight years as well as a long association with her own three children attending the school. I know throughout this time Lisa has made a huge contribution to the school through a variety of roles including team leader, literacy leader, travel wise coordinator, and I know the art that she has produced during the years has brought colour and joy for all of us. But I think her biggest contribution has been to our tamariki and the support, care, and learning she provides to them and their whānau.
I know we will miss Lisa and will all join her in congratulating her on her move and wish her all the best.
I would like to extend a warm welcome to Kiran Ramji who will be joining the Year 5/6 team next year. Kiran is a very experienced teacher who has worked at Waitakere Primary School. We are really looking forward to having Kiran on board next year. He will be in Room 21.
